Real Skills for Real Life
Students in Mrs. Lindstrom's class are putting their math skills to work! Through hands-on learning, they practice how to use math in everyday situations, such as solving problems involving money and figuring out how much is needed to make a purchase.
These activities help connect classroom learning to real-world experiences, building confidence, independence, and practical problem-solving skills. By learning how math applies to daily life, students are developing important skills he can use both in and out of the classroom.
This is a great example of our school focus on Real Skills for Real Life helping students build the knowledge and confidence they need for everyday success!
