Principal’s Message
As we wrap up our second week of school, it has been wonderful to see our students working hard, building community, making new friends, and growing excited about learning alongside their teachers.
I consider it a true blessing every day to work at this school alongside our amazing staff and teachers and, most importantly, with your incredible kids. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with you in supporting your students as they grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
Thank you for being such an important part of our WCMS community! Go Rebels!
 Panorama Surveys
Dear Families,
At Weld Re-3J, we know that student belonging is a key part of both academic and personal success. Creating a safe, supportive, and positive school environment is one of our top priorities for students and staff.
Between September 7-18 we will do a beginning of the year survey, and between April 26 - May 7th we will do an end of the year survey, students in grades 3–12 will be asked to complete a short survey about how they feel at school, including their sense of belonging, and their connections with teachers and peers.
Your child’s participation in this survey is very important. The information we gather helps us strengthen staff training, improve student supports, and ensure that our schools continue to be safe, welcoming places where every student can excel.
Thank you for partnering with us in this important work. A copy of the survey can be found by clicking on the link below.
Please contact your student’s principal if you have any questions. The attachment below provides information about the laws and district policies that help protect student and family privacy when schools collect student information.
Please note: The Panorama surveys are used to gather student feedback about their school experience, relationships, engagement, and social-emotional learning needs. They are not mental health screenings and are not intended to diagnose or identify mental health disorders. Survey responses are handled in accordance with applicable privacy protections and district policies.
