Fall sports will soon be starting! If your child/children are interested in any fall sports for this school year please complete all steps below in order for your child to start official practice, dates and times will be communicated from coaches.


Your child will NOT be able to practice until the steps below are completed.


To complete your child's sports registration:

  1. Returning or new student registration must be completed each school year using Infinite Campus.

  2. Complete this sports registration formSports registration and submit it.

  3. Email or drop off your child's Physical Form signed by a doctor to monikahutchins@re3j.com or julietsiegert@re3j.com (LIA).  Physicals are good for 365 days, please make sure your child has a current physical.

There will be a physical clinic hosted by Proactive Medicine at Weld Central High School Thursday, July 31st, 8:30 am to 11:30 am. If you are unable to make it, Advanced Urgent Care takes walk-ins and have many locations within a 45 minute drive from the high school

  1. Email or drop off proof of insurance or School Insurance to monikahutchins@re3j.com or julietsiegert@re3j.com (LIA)

  2. Payment of Sports fee  $75.00 per sport with a cap of $150.00  Payment will be made using Infinite campus parent portal or drop off a check to WCMS school attention Monika Hutchins. Per handbook, all sport fees must be paid before the first game/meet.  Registration and fees will be processed through the student’s home school. If you are unable to pay, you will be asked to set up a payment plan.

If your student has sports fees from past years, these MUST be paid before the 1st practice. If you are unable to pay these, you will be asked to set up a payment plan. If they are not paid, and there is not a payment plan being set up, your student will possibly sit out of practice and/or games until this is done.


*6th Grade Athletic participation and availability will be determined yearly based on factors such as 7th and 8th grade participation levels, transportation, and other considerations.

TRANSPORTATION

Re-3J provides transportation to all competitions and practices as follows:

For Competitions:

  • Pickup: Students will be picked up from their home school. Coaches will coordinate with transportation to determine the pickup order and communicate details to parents and students.

  • Return: Coaches will communicate the drop-off location (either LIA or WCMS) after competitions. 

For Practices:

  • Students are transported to their practice location and must be picked up by parents at that same location.
