The concerts will be held at in the WCMS auditorium. Students should arrive 30 minutes before the concert.
Concert attire is a black shirt, black pants or floor length dress/skirt, black socks, and black shoes. If you have any issues with this please contact me immediately so accommodations can be made.
Students will be allowed to stay after school until the concert begins but it is strongly suggested that they return home, change, and eat a healthy dinner before returning to the school for the concert.
This concert will serve as the student's’ midterm grade so it is very important that they attend. If you have an emergency such as violent illness or death in the family and cannot attend the concert you will need to contact me before the concert so that accommodations can be made. If your student cannot attend they will be required to make up the grade with a make up assignment on their own time.
Before and after the concert we will be holding a bake sale to raise money for the band and choir programs at WCMS. If you are interested in working the table or donating baked goods please fill out and return the attached form.
If you have any questions contact me as soon as you can.

Students can come for one day, or come every day, depending on how much time and help they require. We are so excited to have The Boomerang Project’s transition program WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) at our middle school. WEB is a student-led transition program that creates a welcoming, nurturing environment where sixth graders feel supported and cared for and it creates an environment of belonging. This program helps to reduce incoming sixth grade fears such as bullying and failure, and replaces it with support and connections with peers and school staff. For more information visit the counseling page and/or www.boomerangproject.com
